At Daniora, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Customized or sale items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with product photos.
